1. Design and advice
In our design department, we work closely with each client to develop prototypes and proposals that fit with their ideas. We work meticulously to achieve the finest finishes and ensure that the sole integrates perfectly with the style of the final shoe.
2. Selection of materials
We work with a wide variety of materials: leather, crepe, Eva TPU, recycled rubber, micro porous, TR, and other technical synthetics. We combine and blend these components to develop unique soles tailored to the needs of each design. Versatility, customization and mastery of multiple materials are essential to our identity
3. Prototyping and adjustments
We create initial prototypes in an handmade way, allowing us to explore shapes, volumes and materials with complete precision. Our team’s experience and professionalism make even the most complex ideas feasible. At the same time, we optimize the industrial manufacturing process to ensure uniformity and quality in every finish.
4. Production and delivery
We carry out internal controls throughout the entire process to ensure efficient production and top-quality soles. We take care of every detail in the manufacturing process, from receiving the order to delivering the finished product, ready for assembly.
