The user has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the page created by
DUYBA, S.L., thereby showing interest in the information published. By joining our page, you
consent to the processing of personal data made public on your profile.

DUYBA, S.L. has access to and processes the user’s public information, particularly their contact

Publications

Once the user joins DUYBA, S.L.’s page, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or
any other multimedia content supported by the social network. The user must, in all cases, own the
rights to such content or have authorization from third parties. It is expressly prohibited to publish
content—whether texts, graphics, photos, videos, etc.—that may infringe upon morality, ethics,

the law. In such cases, DUYBA, S.L. reserves the right to immediately remove such content and
may request the user’s permanent blocking.

DUYBA, S.L. shall not be responsible for content freely published by a user.

Users must be aware that their publications will be visible to other users, making them primarily
responsible for their own privacy

Images published on the page shall not be stored in any processing system by DUYBA, S.L. but
will remain on the social network.

Contests and Promotions

DUYBA, S.L. reserves the right to conduct contests and promotions in which users connected to its
page may participate. The rules for each, when organized through the social network, will be
published on the same platform, always complying with the LSSI-CE and other applicable
regulations.

The social network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions, nor is it
associated with them.

Advertising

DUYBA, S.L. will use the social network to advertise its products and services. If it decides to
process contact data for direct commercial prospecting, it will always comply with the GDPR and
LSSI-CE requirements.

Recommending DUYBA, S.L.’s page to other users shall not be considered advertising, so they
may also enjoy promotions or stay informed of company activities.
